Storage temperature: Less than 40 Deg F when fresh
Storage temperature: 0 Deg F when frozen
Shelf life: 6 months when frozen

Preparation and Cooking Instructions:

Cook from fresh state
From Frozen - Thawing:
For maximum flavour and best texture thaw in package under refrigeration at
36-40F for 48 hours

Once Thawed:
If kept in original unopened package the product will last 3-4days. Once removed from
package, the product should be cooked immediately.

Cooking:
Cook on either flat top grill or on a charcoal grill. Cook to an internal temperature of 142F. Do
not cook from frozen state. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not microwave thaw. Do not thaw in hot water.
