Preparation and Cooking Instructions:

Cook from fresh state

From Frozen- Thawing:
For maximum flavour and best texture thaw in package under refrigeration at 36-40°F for 48 hours

Once Thawed:
If kept in original unopened package the product will last 3-4days. Once removed from package, the product should be cooked immediately.

Cooking:
Cook in oven or cubed on a charcoal grill. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F. Do not cook from frozen state. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not microwave thaw. Do not thaw in hot water.
