Horseradish Mashed Potatoes
- 2-2/3 lb Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed #87110
- 3/4 cup hot milk #44124
- 1/4 cup butter #44110
- 4 tsp prepared horseradish #06443
- 1 tsp salt #13791
- 1/4 tsp pepper #14036
- 1 pinch nutmeg #13990
- In large pot of boiling salted water, cover and cook potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender; drain and return to pot.
- With potato masher, mash together hot milk, butter, horseradish, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
