For the peek times of your day, keep uncut Sausages & Hotdogs in a steamer OR hot water. This will heat the product internally, allowing you to quickly sear the products on the BBQ/GRILL and serve your customers in minutes.
Cutting your sausage in a diamond pattern along the inner curve will allow the sausage to lay down straight on the BBQ/GRILL and in the BUN. This makes it easier to apply condiments and for consumption.
