- 1 small banana
- 1oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1oz chocolate dessert topping
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- Garnish; whipped cream & cherry
- Slice banana and toss with Kahlua until fruit is well coated.
- Scoop 1/2 cup of ice cream into serving dish. layer with banana slices and drizzle with chocolate topping.
- Repeat layers with ice cream, bananas and chocolate topping.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
- Serve immediately.
