Southern Belle Salad
- 2 oz whole pecans #11697
- 1 peach, diced #12145
- 1 tablespoon of honey #12787
- A dash of Kosher salt #13792
- 4 oz Mixed Salad Greens #18185
- 1 portion of Dusted Haddock #06982
- 2 oz seasoned Tortilla chip strips #01960
- 2 oz prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette #07271
- Drizzle pecans and peaches with honey and season generously with kosher salt.
- Roast at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes until pecans are slightly toasted and peach is softened.
- Mix greens with pecan peach mixture, Tortilla strips and vinaigrette.
- Serve in a salad bowl with fish cut in half and placed overtop.
