Baked Fresh Water Perch
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb frozen yellow or white perch #42381 & #42351)
- salt & black pepper
- 3 tbsp green onions, minced #87040
- 2 tomatoes, diced #87050
- 1/4 tsp basil #13871
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic #13960
- 1/2 tsp sugar #09570
- 1/4 cup melted butter #44110
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional) #20702
DIRECTIONS
- Thaw fillets.
- Place on a buttered baking dish.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend tomatoes, sugar, basil and granulated garlic, spread over fish.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
