DIRECTIONS

  • Thaw fillets.
  • Place on a buttered baking dish.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend tomatoes, sugar, basil and granulated garlic, spread over fish.
  • Drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
