• A dash of Kosher salt   #13792
• 4 oz Mixed Salad Greens   #18185
• 1 portion of Dusted Haddock   #06982
• 2 oz  seasoned Tortilla chip strips   #01960
• 2 oz prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette   #07271

• Drizzle pecans and peaches with honey and season generously with kosher salt.
• Roast at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes until pecans are slightly toasted and peach is softened.
• Mix greens with pecan peach mixture, Tortilla strips and vinaigrette.
• Serve in a salad bowl with fish cut in half and placed overtop.
